Terms and Conditions<ul><li> Minors under the age of 18 staying in the Hotel must be accompanied by their parents, teachers or other duly authorized adults. Hotel staff may require relevant documentation identifying adults as parents/teachers of authorized persons.</li> <li>Guests under 18 years old should be accompanied by an adult while using elevators, swimming pools and sport facilities.</li><li>Swimming pools and beach are not guarded by a lifeguard. You should use them if only you are capable of swimming by yourself. You should not use them after consuming alcohol, drugs or immediately after eating. You are not allowed to use the swimming pools if you are aware of having medical conditions (especially those that can be transmitted to other guests through the pools).</li><li>Do not leave valuable belongings in an unattended room. We are not responsible for any losses.</li><li>The gym is unsupervised. You are advised to seek medical advice before using it. Use at your own risk.</li><li>Guests should not perform any dangerous or unlawful acts, especially under the influence of alcohol.</li><li>Facilities should be used only during their opening hours. Swimming pools are opened from 8:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m. every day. (either from 8:00 a.m. to 7 p.m. or from 08:00 to 19:00. In present case it is “oily oil“).</li><li>Guests are not allowed to use the Hotel's telecommunication networks and electronic equipment for reproducing unlawful material, perform illegal acts etc.</li><li>I agree to pay all charges incurred by me during my stay in the hotel , and to settle my account once it amounts to 100 Euro unless prior arrangements have been made.</li><li>Check In is 15:00 Hrs & Check Out Time Is 11:00 Hrs any Extension Of Stay is subject to extra charges</li><li>Registered guests will be held responsible for any missing or damaged items in their hotel room or any internal/external areas of Hotel. <li>You are advised to keep all valuables and cash in the safe of your room. The Hotel will not be held liable for any loss or theft of valuables and/or cash whether kept in the safe or not.</li>

<li>Main swimming pools and beach are guarded by a lifeguard daily from 10:00 am to 18:00 pm. Private and sharing pools are not guarded by a lifeguard and their use depends on your room type.
